I got an oil change plus brakes and rotors. They allowed me to leave there shop with a big bubble in my TIRE! I’m so glad that I’m a child of God! I’m not returning to these lazy darn people ever. I was a loyal customer I’m done! Oh and I paid them &665.00 dollars!
My husband has had mufflers put on both of his trucks and they sound very quiet. They do amazing work and they’re super fast! We won’t go anywhere else. Thank you for the great service :)
I had my muffler replaced recently and was very pleased with the service. I visited the shop on a Tuesday without an appointment, and they were accommodating enough to take me in immediately. After asking a few questions and inspecting my car, they quickly identified that my muffler was cracked along the welding, which explained the loud noise. When I requested to see the damage for myself, they were completely transparent and allowed me to check it out.The repair was both swift and affordable, costing just $100, and I was back on the road within thirty-five minutes. A week has passed since the replacement, and I'm happy to report that everything is still working perfectly with the new muffler. Very good job indeed!
They always get my car right and don't have hidden fees or raised prices at the last minute. I've referred many people here. All have the same complaint that the girl at the front desk was rude to them. The work they do is really good though.
Came in 8:30am out by 9am - car is no longer loud and feels brand new - affordable prices - went to a different shop the day before and they were going to charge double what I paid here - Definitely recommended ????????
I’ve been coming to Velasquez in Hammond,Indiana for years because the service was good enough to come back. Not so much now. Times change and so do mechanics. Had to go to Midas to fix my problem.
They were quick and efficient got a oil change got 45$ couldn’t ask for more ! Im back in the races
