He saw my tractor and didn't even bother to take a look at the radio. He directed me to a different shop.
Bought and installed a pricey stereo through these guys with nice features, a few months later my stereo started acting up, when I went back they blew me off. The guy wouldn't even make eye contact with me. A year later the stereo is completely out of wack, When I went back to this place, Again no eye contact from anyone there, finally the guy I talked to wouldn't even tell me his name I asked a few different times to be able to address him by name, he never told me his name. I truly sense that if you are a female customer they will not value you as a customer, nor they will take the time to listen to you, but they will try to pull your leg... So, ladies, don't go here without male company!
In case you were to be accompanied by a male figure, I am almost positive that they will not even look at you, much less talk to you, and ONLY address to HIM even if you are the one paying.
He the guy there (whom never told me his name) finally determined that the stereo that he sold exactly a year ago was no longer a good stereo, I continued to ask him what did he suggest, he gracefully offered to sell me another stereo. I insisted that there had to be something that can be done, surely these stereos are not built to last a year, and that even trying to reach out to the manufacturer would be a good idea. The whole time he kept nodding "no"
I proceeded to ask him, "so you are telling me that this stereo that I bought from YOU and paid YOU a decent amount of money for, is junk, and now you are offering to sell me another stereo that could very well be just as good, but you are not willing to work with me to try to reach out to the manufacturer if indeed this stereo came defective?"
He then seemed very defensive and proceeded to convince me that there is nothing they nor the manufacturer can do for me, and even added "I don't know what you did to the stereo"
I am sarcastically thinking to myself "well dang it what can I do to it? take it out and dance on top of it?"
I finally gave in and asked him to please put my stereo back the way it was, It was then when he was going to charge me for this, and I disagreed. He was kind enough to not charge me. (Mind You I was never notified by him that there was a charge for this, if it wasn't that I read a hand written paper on the wall (in Spanish_So if you don't read Spanish you will never know) I happened to have read it after they had already removed my stereo.
When I got back in my vehicle my USB port from the stereo was missing. When I confronted him about it and informed him that I depended on that port to charge my phone he said "Well the stereo don't work anyway and since I didn't charge you i just left it like that" Wait "you mean to tell me that you are not going to leave it the way it was because you waived a service fee of $20.00 dollars?"
... FYI the USB port was functioning before i went there
I will let you be the judge of this, but if you are seeking Professional Service this is not the place to go to.
So rude I just called and asked how must for 2 , 12s and he asked if I was white ? Then proceeded on sorry no service for you ?? What the h3ll man not cool will never shop here and will tell my local Wyandotte people not to either
Awesome service! Customer service was amazing. I've been to other auto sound companies in the area and have been disappointed. I'm bringing my other vehicle in next week!

Terrible customer service. He just Ignored me, I asked something but he just continued doing his work.
