The lady on reception was so lovely and comforting when I was worried about my car whilst I was waiting for it to finish its MOT, and the mechanics were also very friendly. Not too expensive, quick and efficient service. Thank you!

Needed secondary battery replaced for Disco 4. Searched high and low for best price and they were by far the best. Great services. Phoned ahead to order battery and was in and out within the hour. Highly recommended!!!
I had booked in a week+ before for a brake change and told them the make and model. I dropped the car off and they called an hour later saying they can't get the parts, i'd have to get them myself and bring it back. This was a major inconvenience as the garage is not in a great location. I found the parts and collected them within an hour, I've since taken the car elsewhere. They had a weeks notice to either get the parts or tell me they can't do it, and I've shown the parts where easy to get, they wasted my and my partners time and didn't seem to care about it.
This garage is very helpful and reasonably priced.
Very friendly even picked me up so I'd don't have to walk and fitted me in on short notice. However they didn't re attach the bottom guard of my car properly and it fell off. Nevertheless of highly recommend them
Quality of work really depends on which mechanic you're allocated. I've previously had excellent service conducted by someone that was proud of their work however on the last job they were given, to replace shift cables and change oil (which was provided) there were a stack of bodges and corners cut on closer inspection. Interior panel mounting screws and tower clips were lost, engine bay wiring loom clips were broken (without a temporary repair being even attempted) a battery terminal guard was lost. The engine oil fill level was below the minumim marker, so a check having allowed the oil to settle can't have been done which then resulted in an intermittent engine warning light. Greasy finger marks were left on the boot (which isn't a major issue) indicate a poor attention to detail or pride in the work carried out. It's disappointing as they have done good work before at a market rates and the office staff are always very friendly and helpful but have been let down by a mechanic that's lost their love for the job or just wanted the weekend to start earlier on a Friday.
Very diligent work, willing to work with the customer (swapped my spare on to a road rim instead of insisting I had a new tyre), thorough with the MOT, cheery, polite happy to do small jobs as well as the bigger ones (including a quick look over for obvious things before an MOT) been going to them for 20 years and have no need to go anywhere else.
