Vehicle Services have been undertaking MOT, services and repairs to mine and my wife’s cars. They have solved issues other main dealer garages have failed to rectify and provide honest and good value service. They changed clutch and auxiliary belt on my car - all excellent jobs.
What I appreciate most is they talk through exactly what they are doing and explain everything. They make sure you understand what is wrong with your car and how they plan on resolving it in a professional manner.
They show clearly show pride in their service and a job well done. I cannot recommend them highly enough. It’s a proper independent, quality garage!
When I initially booked my vehicle in with Mark the Manager of Vehicle Services, I asked for a quote to fit positive cable, was told £100. Which I was more than happy with. I brought the part that required fitting and supplied it to the garage. When they went to fit it I was told it was the wrong part and that they advised on wich one to buy from ebay which I was fine with. However, when I arranged to pick my vehicle up I was then told that I was being charged for “the inconvenience of having the vehicle for longer than expected” and ended up paying triple the amount I was originally quoted. I have NEVER come across a garage that charges you for “the inconvenience” of having your vehicle when you are paying them to fix it…

I HAD A PROBLEM TO FIND A GARAGE THAT WOULD GET THE CABIN HEATER BLOWER FIXED ON A 2002 HONDA CIVIC WITH CLIMATE CONTROL. LUCKILY I CAME ACROSS MARK AT VEHICLE SERVICES WHO SAID HE COULD FIX IT AND HE DID A GOOD JOB NO PROBLEMS. I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND THESE SKILLFUL GUYS! THANK YOU MARK!
I got my radio fitted, even though I tried to do it myself, and caused loads of damage. They saved me a lot of trouble.
I originally had an electronical fault with my Ford Focus that couldn't be fixed by multiple garages & Ford said the car was finished! Mark fixed it within a couple of hours & the price was excellent value. I could not recommend this garage enough, they are absolutely superb & will give you complete honesty and transparency! I wish this garage was closer to where I live as I trust them completely & would 100% use them.
I have been to 3 different mechanics for ABS sensor and no one have fixed the issue and charged me a lot. But Mark is a great person and a professional mechanic who has gone deep into the issue and fixed it.

Had a great experience with the repair of the roof of my Audi. Due to a fault of the roof position sensor, the roof was not converting and could not move back or forth at all. Thanks to the experienced mechanics the repair has been successfully completed in short term and at half of the cost from the approved dealers. Very professional and friendly, explained all work done. Definitely recommending this garage.
Vehicle Services repaired my air conditioning system after 3 other garages failed to do so. Kept me informed and gave me options and didn't just try to make me spend more than I needed to. Reliable and honest. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
