During a recent cold spell, a rat of all things, decided to make a nest in my 2010 ford fusion. Chewed thru some wiring. The car ran, but there a rough idle and sluggish acceleration. Talked to Tammy and made an appointment. Talked to Mike the morning of, and he told me they would check it out and take care of it. They went above and beyond. Had the car roughly 36 hours and I had it repaired and returned. I honestly thought I would need to make an insurance claim. But the repair was actually less then my deductible. Can't say enough about 'em. They were polite, friendly, professional and if I ever have another "rat" issue, I know where I'm going. Thanks to all.????
Had a few different issues with my car. They updated me every step of the way and took care of it quickly. Very nice people, will always go back if anything else happens to my car.
