We received an outstanding service from Peter and his team at Vauxhall Repairs and would definitely recommend them for both thier honesty and professionalism. We were stranded and got our car towed to the garage after briefly speaking to Peter who agreed to help us out. We didn't know what the actual problem was and we could have been taken advantage off due to our situation but this did not happen with this garage. They went well over and beyond to get us back on the road for which we were grateful. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable and Peter even rang us the next day to check how we had got on and that shows a man who cares about his customers.
Guys a joke. Cost my mum money, kept car for five weeks and kept fobbing her off about her engine, anytime she phoned he kept saying he’d phone her back and didn’t. My mum uses her car for her job so cost her hundreds in the process. Insurance then said they were cancelling unless she had proof she wasn’t using car all he had to do was send an email saying the part wasn’t there. He never did this and then told them she couldn’t afford the part even though she sent proof of money. So her insurance is now cancelled and she’s having to tow it home. The guy is extremely unprofessional.

Had been told my car has a blown head gasket and warped head, charged me £600 and kept the car for a week, after 2 days of driving, still oil leaking badly into coolant tank. Flushed out coolant and replaced water. Now losing coolant faster than ever and I suspiciously noticed they just poured liquid coolant sealant hoping to fix the leak for £600 !. Having to bring car back for another week they now claimed the head was replaced as well, hmmm. Throughout the fix, lots of excuses and made up stories. Had been in and out of the garage 4 times. At the end, there was still a minor leak. Should have read their reviews first.
I took my car to this garage as it states they have expert equipment to specialise in vauxhall cars so as my engine management light was on I wanted to have them put the computer on my car to diagnose the problem, they put their state of the art computer on and told me they found the problem and my car had an electrical fault and they could fix it at the cost of £170 to which we said we didn't have that amount so we would bring it back. They told me I owed them £70 for them finding the problem (putting the computer on) so I arrived to collect my car and pay the £70 I asked what the actual problem was and they said they didn't know and for them to investigate further it would cost more money. So what exactly did I pay the £70 for????
I brought my car home and my husband found the fault to be a lambda probe fuse.at the cost of 50p and they wanted £100 to fix this. This garage is an absolute joke and there nothing but con men. They knew exactly what my car need as there was signs they had been in the fuses messing about but because I didn't pay them the £100 to con me, they didn't want to tell me. I would 100% AVOID THIS GARAGE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
Absolutely fantastic service The guys diagnosed what's exactly wrong with my Insignia and others couldn't Just have to get the parts now and will book in again won't take my Car anywhere else now Thanks again guys see you soon Paul
Used the garage today. Dropped car off just after 9am this morning got it back at 1.30pm this afternoon. Friendly, helpful, pleasent quick service. Would defo recommend.
