After moving to Ceredigion from Shropshire I needed a Vauxhall dealer to service my car.
An online search pointed me to Cawdor at Capel Bangor, near Aberystwyth.
Got to admit I was a little apprehensive because I knew nothing about them, especially after using the same dealer in Shropshire for about 30 years.
But I cannot fault the excellent service I received from them.
Although I did book a courtesy car in advance, one was unavailable on the day, but they more than made up for that by returning me back home and collecting me on completion of the service instead.
I also received a courtesy call a few days later to check I was happy with their service.
