I only live a few doors down from this pharmacy so very handy for my repeat scripts. Lovely staff and very knowledgeable. Bushra is always so kind and helpful. It's a small pharmacy but with very good stock for over the counter medicines and prescription medication. Very happy with this little chemist!
Never knew whether I was going to get a friendly, superior, or helpful response. It's a game that I'm not prepared to play. Professional people should be dependable people. I would always be happy to be told something wasn't available but the superior was arrogance. The person had no idea what I did as a professiona, but nobody deserves the response i had...'i don't need to tell you anything '.
And I speak as a retired Health Professional. Completely unacceptable in this regard.
Look carefully at boxed medication. It isn't always right or follows medication guidance.
Also, they are legitimately too busy to answer the phone. So, why don't they employ someone for this? It's almost pointless ringing.
I was so hopeful about working with this pharmacy but in mitigation for them, I feel that they cannot cope with the demands upon them.
That's the only excuse I can find for unacceptable personal skills which left me as a customer not knowing which way the wind was blowing.
The lady in the pharmacy coujd not have been more helpful or kind today. When looking for advice on aftershaves she gave me free samples and spent ages trying to get what i needed. I could not recommend them highly enough in here for customer care! Thank you!
Staff were so friendly and welcoming, I always pick up my medication from here - and I also buy perfumes from this store
A completely different experience to any other pharmacy I've ever used. Bushra is so knowledgeable + helpful. Completely open about stock issues beyond their control and helpful in suggestions of other medication options. Wouldn't go anywhere else
Sadly I have to give only 2 stars. I feel like having to ring every time a day before prescription due.I’m starting to think that this added stress is making my multiple conditions worse. I have to take Anti-anxiety medication & if I don’t ring it’s not even there.I don’t think it’s the permanent staff it’s the fact who else would want to work there!
Since moving to Farnham & using this pharmacy over 8 years between them & Farnham centre for health.ADHD. Read I. Notes I possibly have cancer! Still waiting for operation. And still waiting for Mental Health team to help… what do I have to do when absolutely nobody is helping me. Pharmacy & Gp looking up important medicine & was told discontinued by Rowlands (medication is also for my condition & Parkinsons disease did they stop there medication?
So I with COVID find an alternative & basically did gps job.Also given Anti psychotic drug by accident 2 years ago all I got was a sorry from pharmacy?!

& staff they have need people who know what they are talking about surely
Vaughan James is absolutely amazing and my mother and grandparents having being going there since 1976 - always outstanding helpful and even though it has changed hands over the years the service just gets better and better. She is absolutely amazing!
Always excellent customer service here, friendly and approachable. Been using this chemist since my daughter was prescribed long term medication, I wouldn't go anywhere else now.
