First off this place is a hidden jem. Best pupusas I've ever had,and I been around and even made my own. I tried 1.chicken,cheese and bean and 1 beef, cheese and bean????????????
As I walked into this restaurant I was slightly nervous to try them initially do to the dimly lit out dated atmosphere of the interior, but within seconds I was warmly greeted by whom I believe to be the owner possibly and given a run down of the menu. I loved the immense variety of selections to choose from. Great experience, will definitely be back.
Pupusas were dry. they smell like something spoiled. they were nasty. tamales tasted old and nasty. Jamaica drink tasted like chemicals, so weird. The bad part gave me the runs. Don't recommend this place.
Mexican and Salvadorian food. Restaurant is ample inside full of bar tables n chairs. If your in a hurry and want some fast food then this isn't the place for you!! All of their food is made fresh so the wait can take a while but the taste of all their food is worth the wait! Their pupusas are very well made and are full of flavor. Their tacos de asada are one of the best I've had! The server is always very friendly and attentive. If you want good food then this is the place but when you come make sure you have plenty of time to wait for your food to be made and too enjoy it!
I ordered0 the deep fried yuca and carnitas and i must say it made my day The service was great and the coffee was very delicious.
Best pupusas in Wilmington. The revuelta and the bean and cheese are my favorite. The waitress and owners are very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Btw They have a Dj Friday and Saturday nights
Slow but very good, you can call in to preorder if you don't have much time for sit down dining.
Smoothie was good, food was not. The tables were dirty and we had to ask for them to be cleaned off so that we could eat, which was odd considering the place was empty the whole time we were there. Do not recommend.
This place has been my husbands favorite pupusa place for years. We drive from Pomona and don’t mind waiting just to have their yummy pupusas but this time around they fell short. I ordered chicken with cheese pupusas and got no cheese on top of the chicken being so scarce. We basically paid $40 for fried masa. I gave them a 3 star rating because I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt and hope the next time we go they will be to our expectations so I can update my review to 5-stars.
