Went to this salon in the past and saw a woman who no longer works there. She did a fine job. My issue is I just tried to call(4 times) to set up an appointment(today is 9/5 and it’s 9:32am-they open at 9am) and no one is answering the phone and I can’t leave a voicemail as the box is full-I’m fine with leaving a message and waiting for a callback but I can’t even do that. I even tried texting to no avail. I cannot find where it says they are closed today, if their hours are different than stated, if their phone number has changed, or if they are accepting additional clients. Very unprofessional.

Love this comfortable place. Julia keeps me looking great and I enjoy her personality. She gets me????

I'm still a very happy customer at Vanity Salon..Yes, There's been a lot of changes since 2020. But that's pretty much everywhere..Christie is my stylist. My hair looks gorgeous as ever. She loves what she does and truly cares about her customers. Still a comfortable and cozy Salon.. Awesome looking separate Barber shop inside. Friendly atmosphere and great location..

I woke up yesterday morning and was like I need a hair cut today. So, I googled “salon” and Vanity Salon was the first one to pop up. It was super close to home. Good reviews. I figured why not give them a shot! And I’m so glad i did. I went in not really knowing how I wanted to cut my hair because it has been a million years since my last cut. But Tiffany was super helpful and sent me home with a gorgeous cut and I’m totally in love with it! 10/10 would totally recommend this salon. And 10/10 would recommend Tiffany. She is super sweet. Asks lots of questions to make sure you get the cut you want. Lots of experience. So happy with the outcome! Thank you so much!!!

I have gone to Vanity Salon for about 4 years for both my hair and nails. I've seen Christie and Julia for cut and color, and Jennifer for nails (acrylic). They are all outstanding in their skills, customer service, and really caring about their clients. I can't imagine going anywhere else. The salon is always clean, has an uplifting atmosphere (which I deeply appreciate), and is a fun place to be. I highly recommend Vanity Salon for these services.

Came here to get my hair done ombre style showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted done she left my hair so ugly she practically just bleached my whole hair so it looked all blonde. I asked if she could fix it and she said I had to pay again. I was deperate to get my hair fixed again so I paid again and once again my hair looked terrible. They charge very expensive and they do not know how to do hair. I had to drive to LA to get my hair fixed by someone who does know how to do hair. I Read all the reviews on here and have noticed how they conviniently just respond by saying you have never been to their salon or by saying have the wrong business just to cover up for the mistakes. Please dont waste your time and money.

If you can’t accommodate new clients then put that you’re closed. Some people have engagements that they need to prepare for so your wasting people’s time.

Ive been going here for more than two years for my hair and nails. The salon is very professional and I have loved my hair and nails every time go get them done. They are consistent and knowledgeable about products, cuts, and they don't cut corners like other salons. Prices are reasonable also. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. Christine was very unprofessional. Just hungry for money from what it seems. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and asked for Keratin. I walked out of there a complete mess paying over $600. I usually pay $200 for keratin but she charged me $400. I asked for silver hair, she made my hair MORE ORANGE THAN IT WAS BEFORE. When I get my hair done I usually walk out with nice healthy shiny hair. I walked out of here with half of my orange hair chopped off and it was STILL damaged and crispy looking. I asked her if she could do anything to help me since I asked for something completely different and she told me that I would have to pay for it all over again if I wanted to change it. She wouldn't even give me a refund. She was very rude about it too. I would have been better off not doing anything to my hair at all. Will never go back to this terrible place. Dont understand all of these great reviews..... save yourself the time and money and go somewhere, anywhere, else.
