Quite disappointing indeed, asked for Rava idli set meal, received one medhu vada, four idlis, a potato sambhar, tomato chutney & coconut chutney. Order was wrong, Sambhar unusual, I’m used to making vah reh vah chef Sanjay Thuma’s Sambhar which is beyond words. Not upto the standard of Sarasas or even Saravanah Bhavan. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, maybe their other items are better. The person serving was friendly & efficient. I hope they improve.

I just ordered two Tea's and Masala vada . Amazing really just like native town taste.
We bought over 100 pounds worth of food and all were bad! I asked several times if the food was made fresh and she said yes but all the food including the bucket Briyani and pattis was extremely bad. Really disappointed.

I have used them few times and thought the food were good but today i bought idly and sambar and find the sambhar has gone off which is too bad considering they have served it knowing it’s gone off. I bought two portions and only was given one portion of sambhar the lady said she put two portions in one pot but i knew she didnt because last time i ordered same and got two pots.
Now come to think of it, they just served me old previous day food and didnt have enough to serve for 2nd portion.
The idly also had something black inside it (see photo). I dont even know what this is, definitely not a spice and very close to rat foul. The entire food has gone to the bin.
I will never use them again, it is all about honesty and hygiene. They didnt care serving foul food. I guess you get what you pay for.
Absolute shambles this place is! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Food is clearly stale. Sambhar made out of red lentils not toor daal. Waited over 30 minutes & kept being told 15 minutes initially then 2 minutes over & over. Asked for the order to be cancelled as it was taking so long but still Asked to wait! Everyone who ate the food has got upset stomachs since. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Usually I go to elathu suvai the shop next to this one. Today I thought about trying this one. This could be the biggest mistake I have ever done in my life. Food is pathetic. The one of the worst meal I have ever had. .The food is old anyways and had a foul smell when I heat it up moreover I have been overcharged. Look out for the lady in the morning.I had to give one star otherwise I wouldn't have given. Please do not go there.
I agree with all bad reviews about this shop, such a waste of time, fuel and money as i was always buy food from sambol never had any trouble with food, unfortunately i want to try this new shop and dissatisfied as roat bread is out of date and fungus formed, the lady standing insist to buy expired bread(no knowledge about food contamination) idiyapoam is very old and start giving foul smells.
( including sothi) i am scared to give to. My childrens.
