Never in my life have I EVER received such horrible customer service with a horrible product to back it up. I was served a flavored iceberg. The glacier in my cup could’ve sank the titanic. This location is a disgrace to the vans name. I will not be back. The white woman in the window did not even speak after she took my order. Worst experience I’ve had by far. I would give no stars if I could.
I had wedding cake annnd..I 4got the other flavor.
This place give u xtra juice (without xtra price) and the wedding cake flavor was over powered but that other flavor but n a good way.
I really like this place
It's 2019 and they only accept cash. I had to go to the bank and come back for a snowball that wasn't even that good. The ice is crunchy and not soft, but it's your preference. I'm not crazy about sweets, but the flavor doesn't really have any taste. This isn't a one time thing. I've been here many times before and the last few times had the same experience. Also, the prices are okay, and the ordering area could be maintained better.
I haven't been there in years so I was very excited. I bought three. What I received was so far below the quality that I remember, I almost threw it away immediately. The ice was so much like sleet rather than snow, it was offensive. If that's your bag then go there and enjoy. If not stay away.
One of my childhood favorite places. I remember when it was first built.My daddy use to take me as well as my 2 daughters and my nieces and nephew here before he passed away. He loved Van's. He was one of Van's best customers. Came to visit today and still tastes the same!
Ice was hard and crunchy with ice chunks. It's so hard I can not enjoy the flavor because I cant taste it because of the texture of the ic. I have to throw away the top half because the ice is so hard and snowball was dry. Also, their prices are ridiculous compared to other places by sizes. Not worth it at all. My daughter is 8 and asked if she can throw away her snowball and she never does that.
While the parking is chaotic the customer service and snowballs were great , I will definitely continue to come back
I've patronized this establishment on MANY occasions at the General Meyer location. NEVER once have I received the racist, disrespect I did today from the location off of McArthur. This was my first and last time there. When I mentioned to the guy that enough flavor (2 flavor snowball) was not added (becasue you could still see the ice with a strawberry flavor), he quickly told me this is a snowball, not a slushy. He reluctantly added more of the strawberry flavor but refused the other. Then he shushed me away with his hand saying "go" as if I'm a slave or something. Not once was I disrespectful or belligerent. I'm so upset that I will never spend my dollar with them again! NEVER!
