I took my 4 year old here when she wasn't feeling well and her regular doctor's office couldn't get her in. They exceeded my expectations and I'm so happy we went. Not only was all the staff friendly, kind, and knowledgeable, but they made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable being at a doctor's office. I highly recommend them for your urgent care needs. Thank you to all the staff that made a scared 4 year old leave with a smile!
this was the very first time that i've been to this location and was turned away. and i must say that i was very disappointed. My son who is only 11 years old and had cut his had and i could not stop the bleeding. I arrived to the urgent care at 8;20 and was informed that they were not taking anymore patients. I have always come to this urgent care because i love how quick they are and how well they treat patient but this time was a complete disappointment
Would give 0 stars if possible. Walked in signed my name in. Was not greeted because the girl at the front was too busy playing on her phone. Sat for awhile before I went back up to double check that was all I needed to do. Was told it was was called back up to do paperwork. She was on the phone trying to verify my insurance for 20 minutes and I can hear her giving the wrong DOB wrong spelling of my name. Meanwhile other people are coming in and getting called right back. I was annoyed at the unprofessionalism and asked for my cards back and left without being seen.
I fell yesterday while door dashing and I sprained my ankle and scraped up my knee. When it happened I called the van buren urgent care and told them what happened and that I didn't have insurance and I had to drive 10 minutes to them with a busted ankle and i didnt know if id make it and I was a crying wreck from being overwhelmed by this and other personal reasons. When I arrived they came out and got me in a wheelchair because I couldn't walk on it at that point. They took such great care of me and everyone was so nice! I felt like an idiot and they made me feel like I wasn't! They told me they were gonna take care of me and they did! The doctor I seen was by far my favorite I've ever seen there! He was so positive and was just building me back! He wrapped up my ankle and cleaned up my scrape then they let me stay in the room to figure out how i was gonna get home because I couldn't drive! There is so much more I could say about how grateful I am to them but this review is already long enough haha! They used to have such a bad wrap around town but I want people to know they are there to help you and take care of you and they care! This was an A star team! Thank you all so much for taking care of me while I felt like a hysterical baby! ????
We have been coming to van Buren Urgent care for years from the time thay opened. We have NEVER had a bad experience. I was here agin last night and agin had a great experience. Wish Doctor H could be here more We do miss him.
Can't give them no stars or I would. Posted they close at 9pm. But they lock their doors and take last patient at 8:30. If you are going to lock doors at 830 than that is your closing time. UPDATE: Hey Owner, we didn't talk in Google Chat. I called, I was rudely hung up. AND was told "We lock the doors and take our last patient at 8:30", not sometimes 8:45. AGAIN would have went to an urgent care that actually stays open for their POSTED HOURS if we had been aware that your actual close time is 8:30pm not 9PM but it was too late at that point to get to another one. If you want to close and lock doors at 8:30 great, POST IT AS 8:30!
Extremely upset twice. Now I've been here before 8 o'clock. The doors are locked and they will not let anybody in. I've even called if the hours are till 8 o'clock. You should take patients up until 8 o'clock was told now they take the last patient at 730 .......so wrong.
Dr. Ali saw my little girl today. Dr Christina has seen her in the past. They appreciate our Christian values. Moreover, I appreciate their wisdom to still use antibiotics to treat infections. Of course, not all infections are bacterial. On the same hand, not all infections are viral. Anymore, it seems, doctors are afraid to utilize antibiotics.
My little girl is doing so much better. That might not mean much to you but since my wife's immunity system is a bit compromised, if we keep the little girl healthy, then Mom stays healthy and so does Dad. Elsa was awesome as well as the Physicians Assistant. The wait was not long today. In the past, there could be a wait. It happens. I cannot give a high enough rating for Dr Ali and the crew. Thank you all.. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus.
