Bei Valvini dreht sich alles um lokale Produkte, Kaffee und importierte Spezialitäten.
Ich war überrascht, eine Auswahl an organischen Tees zu finden, die von Vavlini selbst importiert wurden. Der Hochgebirgs-Oolong-Tee aus Taiwan hat Körper und Noten, für die man singen kann; Matcha von einem genialen Bauern in Japan bereichert meinen Nachmittag und hält mich in Schuss.
In den Regalen sind lauter Schätze versteckt. Getrocknete Bio-Oliven, Sardinen in Öl, Fleisch- oder Käsespezialitäten.
Am besten ist's aber mit Valvini selbst zu sprechen. Er kommuniziert gut, und weiss was sonst noch zu mir passen würde. Ein richtiges Original das englisch, französisch, italienisch und chinesisch spricht. Deutsch geht auch irgendwie, mit Humor halt.
Couragiertes Angebot, fein sortiert in super entspannter Atmosphere. Man schmeckt die Liebe aus den Produkten. Peris Leistung stimmt. Gerne wieder.

老闆夫妻人好好，推薦了好喝的當地葡萄酒跟自製果醬，買去送給當地友人，大家都大讚。
尤其是老闆娘自製的柳橙果醬，甜而不膩，每一口都是天然水果香氣，以及滿滿果肉，早餐配咖啡真的amazing!
店裡的葡萄酒也都很有特色又自然，品質好喝多也不宿醉，真的好喜歡！

I found this hidden gem while staying for a week in the village.
For me the speciality here is Valvini's own selection of organic yoghurt, cheese from delicious natural milk. There are also some organic vegtables and smooth olive oil made the brunch salad memorable.
There is no shortage of meat products and some organic vegetables, all grown or reared locally. You ll also find a full selection of natural wines.
On sunny days, I was sitting outside drinking the seriously good coffee, while eating hand-made cookies and cake.
Jars upon jars of pickled mushrooms, veggies and fruits (almost impossible to find in Austria) made for great take-home presents. Try the pickled peppers, they'r ingenious replacements for potato chips!

One day I visited the shop.
The runner is a couple. Their merchandise mostly are organic. Normally I seldom buy organic stuff because of higher price.
I didn’t know what to buy that day. So I talked to the lady boss, asking anything she recommend. We had a short conversation then.
The lady took out a few jars of jam and made a brief introduction. She was smiling all the time.
After 30 mins I left with a jam jar and 3 pieces of cheese.
The jam is very good. I love to mixe it with yogurt and avocado, it is very good, very special,and my family all love it.
The cheese I took, also tasted good. We have eaten up.
Before picking any merchandise, better to talk to the boss, you may get good suggestions. They seem very professional.
Très belle épicerie avec des produits bio, le propriétaire Andrea est super sympa. Tu peux t’arrêter boire un café et faire tes courses. Croissants sandwichs à l’emporter, excellents fromages!

西班牙的菜刀很銳利好用，我用它做了很需要刀工的酸辣土豆絲

Des produits de qualité, des cosmétiques bio, des vendeurs très sympas et de bon conseil, je recommande! Notamment les produits laitiers locaux (fromages, yogourts), les anchois, thon et huile de Grèce, mais aussi les produits asiatiques (thés et riz), ou encore les épices, faites-vous conseiller! Et la "patronne" fait des biscuits salés et sucrés à tomber...! Miam, j'y retourne sans hésiter :-) Anaïs
