Ran over something on Rte 84 while passing through Danbury and ended up at side of road with a flat tire. Google Maps helped me locate Val's only a mile away and they even had their own towing service! Everyone, including the tow truck driver, was very helpful. About 2-1/2 hours later I was back on the road. Very happy with the service and the courteous folks who got it done!
I am here to express my indignation with this business. I took my car there to do a job but they couldnt do it, even so they charged me. They were totally dishonest with me and impolite. How do you charge a job that you couldnt do it? They are very incompetent and can't handle the job. Without mentioning the high prices they charge. Don't fall for this, this is just one more trying to earn money on top of people.
The most dishonest company in the city of Danbury. I took my car to do a job, they didnt do the job and said they did. I took it to another mechanic they told me that this company did not even do my car alignment, tell me.. how do you do a car alignment without removing the tires and changing the tires? They charge super high and off limits.
Don’t fall for they’re talk.
As much as I hate having to bring my car in for maintenance or repair, I love that I bring it to Val's. Julian is a straight shooter and doesn't sugar-coat or hide anything. I always make an appointment, and as long as it's just maintenance (oil change, tire swap, etc.), I can get in and get out quickly. His prices are fair and as long as I'm considerate when making my appointment, I have never been told he was too busy. (You can't expect him to put on snow tires in the height of the season on the same day you call- I mean he'd probably squeeze you in, but let's be fair people!!) Five stars every time!
I’m relatively new to the area and wanted to find a good, reliable, honest place to take my vehicle for maintenance. This shop has it all, friendly, professional, honest, and very REASONABLE PRICES!! I read the google reviews before going and I wanted to write my own review as they certainly lived up to all of the wonderful reviews and I wanted to add to the praise of the shop!! They will have my business as long as I live/stay in the danbury area. Thanks Julian and team!
Came in with a slow leak in my truck tire. Had it plugged and tires rotated. Prompt service and good staff. If you’re looking for fast friendly service at a fair price go check them out. Will be back for tires in the spring.
I have been taking my cars and trucks to Val's Tire & Alignment for many years. Julian's shop does all kinds of auto repair as well. He is reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and honestly recommends the work that you really need.

Vals is the best in town. Julian is honest and fair, and very reasonably priced. Been going to him for years for all types of work and have always walked out happy. Even living in Fairfield now I still bring my cars back to Julian.
