Highly recommend for towing! I have called Valley Towing for towing services two times this year for different vehicles, and both times, they showed up right away, were very efficient, and friendly. Today in particular, I called to have a car towed to my house from over an hour away, and they were so helpful in getting the vehicle to me with no problems. So very thankful. You guys took a huge weight off my shoulders. I should've just called you a month ago and had this dealt with. Thank you so much!
This place is great! I needed a tow and replacement tires. They went far and beond what they had to to get me on my way. I would use them always! Thanks again for everything!
Very dissatisfied with my experience with them. I would expect more from the ONLY AAA certified towing company for my area. in the three times I've interacted with them, it left little to be desired. My first tow took us 4 hours to complete. They were supposed to show up at 11 AM, did not arrive until 3 PM. I will give some slack because they were called to an emergency situation but I was not given any notice until well after their estimated arrival time in which I had to call them so find out where my tow was.
The second tow was there early but one of the men who operated the truck seemed rather short with me.
The third, (the current tow, still waiting on them as of writing this) was supposed to be here at 1:55 pm, it is now 2:21. AAA did reach out to say that the trucks are backed up. I do not have that kind of time to sit and wait for hours on end. Either AAA needs to have more companies in this area or Valley Towing needs more available trucks and proper time management.
In my experience, it is either hit or miss. I would not recommend until it is your only last available option
I had a wiring issue in my car that prevented it from starting. After calling valley towing we ended up trying a new battery in the car. Still did not start. Then the issue was resolved and all I requested was that I keep both batteries- because neither was bad. When I called the person who answered became extremely condescending and rude. He said he would track down my battery and call me back. Never heard a peep.
When looking for an affordable place to get all of your vehicle repairs done you can't beat the prices. All estimates are quoted before work it done and are true to estimate. If there is anything found wrong while working on your vehicle they call and let you know before proceeding with the work. We have never had a bad experience and seen anyone taken advantage of
Honest, honest & honest. Honesty with quality auto repair reasonably priced. Great people with equally great service. Still the best quality mechanics in Wetzel County. Great service.
Great service. They don't try to schmooze you out of your money. Only a four, because their lobby waiting area is not the cleanest.
Also they have 3 inside cats, all of whom are really friendly and spayed/newtered. Just beware if you are heavily allergic.
Called AAA at 5:00 pm. Called Valley towing at 6;00 pm. The truck was in St.Marys not even on the way. The dispatcher said she was sending another driver. Called at 7:00 pm and was told the truck was in Middlebourne at least an hour away. 7:30 pm and still waiting.
