If you want an office where the staff doesn't call you back this is the for you!
Britney, the PA was wonderful, but this means nothing.If the office staff doesn't have follow through and make sure the patient sneeds are taking care of.
Excellent staff and care. I've been going here for years. Dr. Berger, now in Emmet, was a terrific doctor. Dr. Verigen looks to be great, too.
Was very Pleased w the Care & Concern. Dr. Smith Listened to my Concerns & the Reassurance was nice to hear.
Dr Van Orman always takes the time to explain things to me about meds or a treatment plan. Very glad I chose him as my doctor. It can be so hard to find someone good and caring.
Best doctor's office I have been to in a long time. In and out quickly but they still give excellent service and all the staff are amazing. Nicole Myers is so helpful with any situation and responds immediately. Thank you for being awesome.
All the staff is pleasant to work with. I know Doctors get busy with patients and everyone needs to understand that each patient has their own needs. I know Drs get busy. I always wait for my turn to see my Dr. some people have no patience but they need to understand each patient is in there for different reasons
Started to tell the lady what was wrong and she told me i need a PCP and to make an appointment. I informed her when i call to make an appointment that im told to just walk in. She kept telling me i need to go get a PCP. So i walked out. Absolutely horrible.
Worst medical facility ever. Went there multiple times for sinus and respiratory infections that were recurring and severe and was told to take mucinex as if I wasn't already taking it. Then I asked for assistance in finding mental health help and was referred to their own doctor who then canceled 4 of my appointments... if someone comes to you for suicide prevention help, you drop everything and help them. Not cancel their appointments and leave them to suffer... not to mention their front desk receptionists smell like marijuana and are visibly high... just so sad to think if it happened to me who else has this happened to. Take your family anywhere, but here.
