I went to this gentleman to get my tire replaced and when he took of the chain om my motorcycle he didn't put the master link back on correctly. It unhooked at about 130mph and almost killed me. Make sure you look over your bike.
Called for pricing on a repair regarding a pre-sale dirt bike. Lady that answered the phone was incredibly kind and patient. Once the owner(?) called back, he inquired regarding my mechanical knowledge of the failure and history of the bike. He then asked how much I was paying for the dirt bike and repeatedly stated that "the bike is only worth its value in parts." He would not give an estimate on the cost of a very specific repair job and abrudbtly hung up the phone.
For reference the bike is a mid 2010s Honda 250cc that is being purchased for $800...
Ive been taking my business to valley drive repair 4 years now and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very outgoing, he is always glad to help customers with their needs and his prices are decent. He will always have my utmost respect and my business.
I'd rate lower if possible. Very rude and dishonest. Unprofessional, called and left message for them to call back. Never called so I called a week later. A woman answered, so I explained I was calling about my go cart which I had called about a week earlier. Before I could give why a man got on and very rudely said to me 'this is a motorcycle repair shop, we don't work on anything else.' This was a lie because I hauled my brothers four wheeler there to get fixed. I then went to pick it up for him. They fixed the four wheeler, so what he said was a lie. The abruptness and rudeness he displayed were very unprofessional. Perhaps he was swamped with work or just didn't want to work on my go kart, but if that was the case a simple statement of that reason would have been better than lying to me. I will never take anything to this shop. I'm not sure how his work on motorcycles is but he doesn't deserve to have a business.
Stay away.

Kim and his wife are the best people in the business. I have been going to valley drive for years. Fast ordering and plenty of stuff in stock. Getting repairs done there are affordable as well.
Lady that answered was very kind the old grouch that called me back was different story! Looks like I ain’t the only person with that experience.
