I never post reviews but I have to this time. Few days ago I had an appointment. The dermatologist was so unprofessional. First of all he walked in the room mad, didn’t bother to even look at the affected area, pretty much told me to use the same products (I did mention those products didn’t work), he was in the room 3 minutes max. Such a waste of time. Called a real dermatologist & scheduled an appointment there. I enjoyed coming here but this is the second time he does this.

Very efficient appointment. Tim is thorough and kind. The staff was pleasant.

I can’t say enough on how grateful I am to get the right medication to clear up my psoriasis. It definitely shows that the staff and doctors really care about their patients.

I saw Mariana Cooper on KOBI-TV NBC5 Docs on Call and decided to call in with a question. She was so clear and helpful that I made an appointment. She was even better in person. Very calming and personable. Her background is so surprisingly broad and comprehensive - and I worked in healthcare for many years - that I'm planning on seeing her routinely.

Avoid this Dermatology Center. Had a biopsy that was not notified of the results for 4 weeks. I called them to inquire about it. They also incorrectly billed me several hundred dollars at the time of service that took weeks to receive back. Very disorganized office and really did not seem concerned. I changed dermatologist immediatley.

Dr. MacCurdy and the staff at Valley Dermatology are caring and skilled. It's a pleasure to work with them!
