Owner does not listen to your hair cut request. Usually not an issue. This time cut my hair too short. Last straw. Not getting hair cut here!!'
I walked in and the owner just stared at me. So I had to say hello ask for a haircut. She told me after she finished with her customer she was going on the back to eat breakfast. She said u can wait. So I relied can u give me a time to come back? She brushed me off and said I don’t make appointments. Rude, nasty, inconsiderate and will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.
I can confidently say this is the worst place to get a haircut in the area. Extremely unprofessional, rude and thoughtless. When I tried to explain what I wanted she said "shush, I know what you want, I've done haircuts before" and then proceeded to chop off all but an inch and a half of my hair, shave my sideburns, and leave a straight chop across the front. At the end she said "wow, if that's what you want then good for you. " -- definitely not what i wanted. Maybe she's just used to doing older men's hair styles, but she has no concept of leaving enough hair to style. Awful experience. I'd recommend Headquarters in Milford.
Was just here and I've gotta say... This woman was fantastic! She cut my 4 yr Olds hair, did a great job, then my almost 1 yr Olds hair. Not easy lol but still did a great job and also my own hair. Definitely no complaints and this will be my new barber shop.
