I had car booked in for last Wednesday with oil leak/cooler hose. Got car back a hour later. When I was going out on Friday I realised that oil was still leaking out. Phoned them and they stated book in for 22nd (2 weeks away). I messaged them explaining on Friday that need it repaired or refund. I did not hear from them over weekend as they were closed. In the meantime booked car into another garage for Monday morning. sent them photo of amount of oil dripping out. Was told if passing bring it in on tuesday. I got car repaired at another garage,but felt let down by a garage with good reviews as this one had. It is now 3 weeks later and have had no word from them.
Brilliant service. Took my car in and done an amazing job on the head when I was told by other companies the engine needed replaced. Highly recommended
Amazing service and great pice, had master cylinder fixed can not recommend enough how good they were will be going back soon for service and cam belt replacement nice to find a decent garage 10 out of 10
Amazing service from these guys, contacted them about 2 weeks ago asking about my brakes, the fella had a look and was able to quote me for my brakes and tell me I didn’t need my handbrake tightened after a previous garage telling me I did. Got booked in for today and the car was ready a number of hours later, received a text to say the car was ready and the price. 10/10 service, will definitely be back, thanks a lot guys!
Excellent service. Phoned about an EPC light after car went into limp mode. Took it down Friday 11:30 and it was fixed and ready for pickup that day. Will definitely be back in future. Highly recommend.

I rang on Monday was told they could pick it up on Wednesday fix it Thursday, they didn't. When i rang to ask if they were coming was told they were picking it up Thursday fixing it Friday but they would ring me back, they didn't. Rang on Thursday when they didn't show up was told the boss was with a customer would ring me back in five minutes, he didn't. It is now Friday and now after a week of being messed around i now have to make arrangements to get the car fixed elsewhere, if they couldn't do the job or just couldn't be bothered they should have told me instead they have caused me a lot of stress and hassle.
In response to what Valley autos have said, the arrangement was not picking up on Friday as i would not have waited so long to get a car which is very much needed fixed (i first rang on Monday) and if you had taken my number down wrong why was i not told this on Thursday when i rang as i was told the second time i rang you on Wednesday you would ring me back, (I guess you didn't try to ring back on Wednesday) instead the person i spoke to said you told him you would ring me back in 5 minutes (If the number was wrong why didn't he ask for it or dial 1471). I was also told on Wednesday that you would pick the car up on Thursday. I have also since found other reviews complaining of the same thing. I didn't ring today as i had already phoned 3 times and just been told you would get the car and you didn't so i had to find someone else who did.
Contacted garage at short notice to get front brake
fixed and was booked in for next day when I arrived i asked for more work to be done which was not a problem got everything fixed which was needed and excellent job done kept me informed during the day of parts and cost. Excellent service and will definitely be using again
