AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! The owner is a drunk. BEING DRUNK ON THE JOB IS SUCH AN IRRESPONSIBLE THING ON HIS PART.
This past Wednesday my dad came in to change a tire, owner struggled to do the job, clearly was drunk. My dad no longer felt comfortable and asked to remove the tire (which wasn’t even placed correctly) and to just place his old one back.
He became aggressive and slurred racist words towards my dad and was still charging him $20 for a service he wasn’t even capable of doing.
I’m surprised this place hasn’t been shut down.
Reading other reviews, he’s on the job drunk very often. What a joke.
Don’t come here.
Needed a Tire Patched near me Urgently. Called the place number didn't work . decided to chance it and take the Drive to the tire shop after seeing that it says closes at 9p.m Everyday Sun-Sat. Just to get there and the damn place is Closed ! SMH ????????♂️ IF YOUR BUSINESS IS CLOSED CERTAIN DAYS PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS.VERY UPSETTING KEEP IN MIND IT WAS SUNDAY EVENING AT 6:10 P.M AND IT WAS POURING RAIN. IF THE CONTACT OR BUSINESS INFO WAS UP TO DATE I WOULDN'T JAVE RISKED THE DRIVE GOING TO THAT PLACE .I WOULD HAVE JUST LET THE TIRE GET FLAT AT HOME then Figure it out Monday Morning to Replair it ????????
They were truly a blessing! The only tire shop open past 9pm on a Sunday night. The patched up my tire quick. Be advised that they only take cash.
I hope this tire shop shuts down. My parents went in there to get there tire fixed. The guy was intoxicated first of all. We were trying to pay card but insisted that he wanted cash. We asked if it was okay for us to leave and get cash and insisted with a no and wanting to fight my dad. No one said we weren’t going to pay him. There is no sign that says “cash only”! He had no right to call my dad names and telling us he was going to pay a guy passing by to beat him. That is not right. Police got involved and couldn’t do anything about it because he didn’t touch my dad. But he was intoxicated while working! I’m so upset. Seeing my mom fear for her life made me more angry!
horrible business i’ve ever been to, this very drunk man was suppose to parche my mothers wheel but ended up just applying a very cheap glue, my mother asked him about it and he started arguing with her and calling her insulting names, we ended up paying the parche price either way. people have already complained about this shop, never ever go here they just steal money and don’t do their job right.
This shop went above and beyond to help my wife with a punctured tire while she was visiting from out of town. They helped her out even though they were about to close.
Israel was very knowledged about the needs of my car when I first placed a call. Over the phone he was professional and polite. That is why I Decided to buy 4 new tires . Opon arrival Israel and co-worker aknowedged me right away. Overall they provided excellent customer service. Fast and efficient.. Four new tires were installed , balanced and aligned at an affordable, excellent deal.Gracias muchachos!!! Vallarta tires has my trust . I definety recommend their services.
