Lovely family garage..good value..great service
My girlfriend took her car here for a MOT and it failed, they tried to make her pay for a second MOT which is so wrong and quoted £500 the work. Just because she’s a young girl and not car savvy, M.B.GIBBS wanted a cheeky pay day. We got the same quote from another garage in Chichester for £320. Absolute tin pot stealing merchants. Don’t bother using them. Quality of the garage is like the tidiness, STAY AWAY
I've been going to Vales for years, I have tried other garages a few times for tyres and other services now and again when they have been to busy for emergency type jobs (not their fault) and deeply regretted it. Anything me and my brother cannot do to our cars, these experienced old school guys can.
Always fairly priced, honest service and downright good business!
Managed to fit my car in for its MOT at short notice even tho it was already over booked... Great service
They had a quick look & test drive my car on very short notice, with no waiting time. Harry was great. 5 out of 5 stars.
Harry gave very poor customer service. He swears at his customers and his colleague does not believe in customer service.
