Made an appointment for to get hair and make up done for my baby shower. Loved my make up! My hair came out just the way I wanted. Got seen right at my appointment time which got me out fast. They helped me get dressed and everything. Absolutely loved the service here. ❤️
Amazing atmosphere and top tier customer service. They truly give you what you are looking and if you are unsure they help you look for something you will love! Rudi helped my wife find what she was looking for and put it to real life. Truly an incredible team they have there. 10/10 definitely have to give this place a try and you will not regret it.
Terrible they made my hair fall out by leaving the. Bleach in for too long trying to make more money cutting another clients head . I kept telling them my hair feels too hot I think it’s time to rinse . They said no it’s fine just a little bit longer what they fail to realize some ppl have thin hair and take to bleach faster than others . Never will I go there again
ONLY PUT 5 STARS TO BE SEEN! I've been to this to this place twice. They dont open on time. I was going to be 10 minutes late they said it's ok because 10 minutes. I got there and MARIA was doing another head i be understanding because i was late. The lady at the desk tells me 10 more minutes, that turned in to a hour. This is when they start talking in Spanish and they tell me i didn't make a deposit and they never asked for one THEY ARE RACIST AND INCONSIDERATE. NEVER GO HERE.
Worst hair place to go to my and my mom were almost left bald after they left us with bleach for more than five hours on and said it was okay to do that after washing of our head were boiling hot full of blisters couldn't even comb the hair and yet still after that they still charged us $600 and the next day they told us to come in for a free wash no free wash we were charged another $60 never again will I step into this place we're I found out the stylist are not even licensed one of them confessed that she rented from someone else this place is a joke ! Stay away ! I’m working on opening a case with TDLR for this place to be investigated and BB ... this place did nothing to amend the whole situation ...
I drive like 1 hr to get my haircut but worth it.. staff are friendly every time.. Angie ????♂️???????? ????
