Beware if you go here for a MOT he changes £65 for the MOT then he changes £13 vat on top and tells you that's for there time to take for the MOT but a MOT is only £50 in most garages rob dog

Used this place for years, simple drive
In wait drive out MOT center, haven't used the repair side, so can't comment on that, it seems to have expanded it's services with a vehicle recovery section, family run business in small village. Small shop/post office at the front as well as petrol pumps .
An absolutely brilliant garage in a small village just off the A12 on the Suffolk/Essex border. My wife's family has been using them for well over sixty years and my immediate family for the last fifteen. Always friendly, approachable, great at diagnosing and fixing faults and well-priced with it. With the Post Office and shop also now on the premises, this really adds an extra dimension to Vale Garage's service offerings. A great family business in our village - with the pubs being shut for the last year, this is now the go-to place to bump into others in the community too. I cannot recommend them enough - keep up the great work!
