WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ALIGNMENT ‼️‼️‼️ Recently I did my car’s alignment here. It has improved but it still is cutting towards the right (doesn’t stay in the lane on smooth flat road or highways)‼️ They said I have one week to come back with any complaints‼️ I went the next morning and they showed me a grumpy face and drove a few local blocks and angrily said everything is fine‼️ They can’t do anything, it’s all in my head‼️ My answer was- I’ve been driving for 19 years and I know what I’m talking about ‼️‼️
I was there for tire repair the guy who fix the tire ask me 40 dollars to repair a little whole, when I told him that I don’t wanna do the job with that price he was showing his real face with very bad behavior and told me to never go to his shop again he was being very rude to me. V & V don’t even deserve 1 store. Go to V&V if you want to scam yourself. The same job I have done with 11 dollar from another store on Pitkin and hemlock.

i went in for a wheel alignment and high-speed balance, it took them three times to get it done. they told me if i have any problems to come back, did not feel good about hearing that. this is not rocket science they have a machine that does the job so i could not overstand what the problem is. after i finally go to drive on hwy, i found at 70mph there was a thimble, i went back to find they do not honor their word. i had to wait to talk to victor so next day a call victor, we are on phone talking he's on speaker i'm on speaker so i spoke a little loud like most people when on speaker especially when there is a noisy back ground. then he (victor) stats yelling at me why am i yelling him and keep going on so i hung-up on him, he did this so that he would not have to honor the work. i do not recommend this tire shop as they have no customer relations at all and no honor. as i tried to tell i'm not yelling and he went on and on with no respect for his business nor his customers. find somewhere else
I went to V&V tire shop an purchased a tire early in the morning, by 3 pm that day the tire they changed was flat again. A young kid that just started changed the tire for me. I called the owner Victor and informed him of my issue and the fact I was forced to purchase a new tire due to me being too far from their shop to get there on the flat tire. He told me he will not give me my money back they will only exchange the tire for me despite the fact that I already had to spend more money to purchase a new tire at a different shop and no longer needed the tire. This is Outrageous.
At V&V it's always a pleasure teet people who are willing to help you. The are my go to men for anything car related. They are more that a tire repair place. They provide wheel alignment, oil change and so much more. Glad they are in the neighborhood.
Ok so let’s talk about the 5 star service V & V tire shop provided! Got a side wall flat driving on good old NYC terrible roads, called V&V to locate my tire, instead of having to get towed to them, they cane to me, jacked up the car, took the wheel to the shop, and delivery it back me!
Saving me money, time & headache !
Needless to say this will be the place I deal with for future tire purchases and servicing!
