I have been to V-Shop several times to get work done on my ‘13 Chevy and always got the best service. The owner, Mr. Benny is very friendly and is always eager to resolve my problem. I have no issues recommending this shop to anyone.
Truck broke down and the only mechanic that fit me in to help me solve the problem. I have a 2012 f 150 with internal transmission problems and they helped me narrow down the problem. They didn't charge me a dime and helped me for the next several days to start the vehicle to move it around to try to get it fixed. customer service is the best hands down. still looking for someone to fix this problem, but couldn't be more happier not getting charged an excessive amount and still be in the same situation.
