Best mechanic around! Only one I trust with my vehicle! Honest and fair pricing. And quick too! Took my honda pilot in for suspension work a few months back then took it in recently for the timing belt and water pump. When I went to pick it up he had also polished my headlights free of charge! I recommend him to everyone!
Wicked Wrench Auto is a hidden gem! I have saved thousands on vehicle service from them. I own several vehicles and they have worked on them all now and done a fantastic job! I had bids and quotes from dealerships to Midas to PepBoys and Wicked Wrench is always a significantly better value. They only use the best OEM parts, or others if you authorize it, and they do excellent quality work. I have never had any issues with their workmanship. They really go the extra mile (no pun intended!) to provide the best customer experience. They actually drove one of my vehicles to my house once that they finished. Overall, they are just a good, honest shop with talented people who know their trade and provide the best pricing.
I was recently in a car accident that totaled my car. I was a nervous wreck trying to find a vehicle to replace my old one. I am beyond thankful for Wicked Wrench Auto in Ogden. I found a car when I was visiting my daughter in Utah. We found this shop because it had great reviews online and thought it was worth a shot. Marvin did a full inspection on the Honda found a few things wrong. I was able to get a great price for the car and his shop did the repairs to make it good as new. He was very professional and detail oriented. It gave me the confidence I needed to know I was getting a great reliable car. I recently took my seldom-used car to this repair shop for a check-up, particularly concerned about the brakes. The gentleman who assisted us, was not only pleasant and kind but also very efficient. He quickly assessed the situation and assured us that the brakes were in excellent condition, saving us from unnecessary replacements. Turns out, all we needed was a tune-up. I appreciate the honesty and expertise of the staff. Highly recommend this shop for their reliable service.
Marvin and the guys did an excellent job. I live in Logan and was looking for a good mechanic and for someone to replace the water pump on my 2015 Ford Explorer as soon as possible as it was leaking. Marvin quickly gave me an estimate and as soon as I took my car in, he got to working on it. Not only did he fix what was wrong with my car, but also replaced a few other parts that my car needed and without charging me or going up on the original estimate, which was already a great price compared to other shops. 1000% recommend them!
Super impressed by these guys. I do a lot of my own repairs - but found myself in a jam, unable to remove a bolt from the caliper assembly. Other shops turned me down to help as they would only do full brake services. Instead, I pulled in and they got the old bolt out and the new one in, in less than 15 minutes. Im glad I found them and will definitely be using them again for other work in the future.
Wicked Wrench is fantastic! My vehicle has been to them twice, for two separate issues, and both times they have went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of. They have even informed me and my spouse of the problems separately while we were in two locations. Wicked Wrench is the place to go if you need a problem fixed in a timely manner with great customer service and the fairest prices.
These are the best mechanics. I had to get a vehicle in quickly for a brake repair while traveling to Utah, and they were prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. Will come back here for any mechanical work anytime.
