I came to this shop looking for a new tire as mine had completely unraveled. I asked them for a used tire with hopes that although it was a used tire it would still be reliable. After they put the new tire on I came home and after a few days of driving my car the used tire i had bought started to split in half ????. My dad said it was the worst tire he’d ever seen and they ripped me off. I should’ve known solely based off the appearance of the tire itself.
Let's just start by saying I'm a grown woman, but I look like a 15 year old girl. James charged $70 for a very worn down used tire, not even a good quality tire. No negotiation whatsoever. Just kept telling me there were other services I should get done and that they had a payment plan even when I refused like 3 times. On top of that, the tire needed 2 patches and when I asked for a discount they rudely said "that's how it works" and mansplained me throughout the rest of the conversation. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what, but he was just so plain and dry and did not seem to be a people person which is fine, but at least try to make the customer's experience an enjoyable one.
Overall no customer service, expensive for half quality products.
Great service all around. I had an emergency 5 minutes before they closed and they helped me get two new tires and got me back on the road. Awesome small business in the area!
Took my car here for a oil change. Audi s5 that requires castrol 5w 40. 10 days after receiving my oil change my oil light came on and requested oil additional to me noticing the new ticking noise on the left side of my motor caused by the thin oil they used which was 5w 20. I came back for them to correct the problem. They changed it and put O'Reilly 5w 40. After driving off from the lot Immediately went back because my car is now driving sluggish and sounds different. NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE NOT CONCERNED THEY RUINED MY MOTOR AND HAS AN ATTITUDE AS IF IT WAS HIS CAR RUINED. THEY WILL BE HEARING MORE ABOUT THIS
I've had nothing but great experiences at USA Tires and Automotive. I've been to the shop several times to have different work done on my car. Tire rotation, alignment, tire change, battery and alternator replacement, etc. They've done a great job every single time. They work quickly and they work very well. They are my default choice to handle any of my car issues.
I rarely ever leave a review, but I had to show some love to this business. Not only are they knowledgeable about cars, their customer service is second to none. The manager was always available when I called and addressed whatever issues my car was having. I highly recommend USA tires. They're hands down the best.

The owner James and the USA tire team is awesome! James kept the upkeep of my car since 2014 when I had a Chevy cobalt now to my Hyundai. No only does the team educate me on the parts and the problems that occurs on the car. They take the time to let you know whats major work and minor repairs. Thank you guys for all that you do!
