I call then start telling him the size tire I need cuts me off saying what kind of tire, I say it doesn’t matter then hangs up on me I call back for them not to answer that’s bad customer service at its finest

Long waits. They had a promotion stating if you buy tires from there they would give you a free wheel alignment. That is the only reason I bought my tires there. When it came time to get the alignment they said I need to get some brake pads and other stuff worked on first. I didn’t have the money to do it with them at the time so I waited till I had the money and went somewhere else. They told me I could come back for the free alignment after I got all this Fixed. Once I got it fixed I went for the alignment and he said he doesn’t give free alignments. I then showed the receipt stating that I have a free alignment. Then he said he didn’t have time to do it that day and I would have to go back another day. I live an hour away so it’s difficult for me. He gave me his number but he doesn’t Respond or answer me now. I have to go pay and get it done somewhere else now. Don’t bother with this place! Go to discount tire! They always do a great job!
Saturday 10/09/2019 I Bought (6) brand new tires w/ new brakes and rotors costing over $1,000.00
After over (2 1/2 ) hours wasted - they ordered the wrong rotors twice and not did not the correct tool to remove my breaks He said he loaned it to someone who hasn’t returned it! Not very responsible in my opinion! I was asked to return on Monday 10/11/2019 which I have at 11 am once again they ordered the wrong rotors again and it’s been Over (3) hours now - All I get is excuses
I’ll never go back due to the extremely long wait, excuses, and a poor desire to make anything right. A big waste of time and money cost us a days pay not being able to return to work.
After spending Over $1000 they still want to charge me $50 for more to do an alignment which should be free like most places with The purchase of four brand new tires - Not here! And still not even an apology
