Been here since 8am now its almost 3pm i already paid lumper fee but still need to wait my papers... unbelievable be aware coming here will be a long day a don't book another load till you are empty... i won't coming back here... good luck fellas..????
Check in 5:30 for 6:00 appointment at guard shack.
Check in at receiving took 35 min.
Unloaded by 8:00. Paid $452 for lumper fee and still have not received bols after waiting for an hour. Then had to wait in to get bills signed

No restroom for drivers because it out of order
Don't come here unless you want your equipment damaged by TM unloading service. Charged me 257.00 to unload my trailer . He left a nice gash when he unloaded it. I confronted him about the damage but deny deny deny and lied about it. They unloaded me before the appointment time I was there about 4 hours.
Lady at the gate was nice. I won't be coming back EVER !!
2 ladies at driver check in window are very rude ... Got here for a 8 o'clock appointment at 5:20 no problem checking in at gate lady was very polite.... After getting to the window to check in a lady made me stand there for 30 minutes while working on somebody else's paperwork before another lady showed up and took my paperwork looking on the computer she told me to come back at 7:30.... They could have done this before they had me break my seal and backup to a door wth! It's no wonder this place has so many poor reviews with workers like that.... Or can't get nothing loaded or unloaded on time
The lumpers had me empty within an hour. I had to wait for 2 more hours for my paperwork after I paid the $412 lumper fee. The people are friendly but they are slow. But unfortunately I’ve been to worse places. 8am appointment, checked in at 7:26am out 11:05am.
I only gave 5 stars because of Ms Felicia at the guard shack. She’s very nice and had a pleasant demeanor.
Check in quick but after unloaded they took two and half hours just to send you link for lumpers then you have to wait for a call to get paperwork hoursssss. Wth i called to get update and hang up on my ear. What is going on with this warehouse. Did they have owner or manager? No respect for truckers. If it wasn’t for truckers you wouldn’t even be here to work. Because of it i have to cancel a load. Dont prebook load if you coming here.
Arrived at8:45 for 9am appointment, assigned a door by the guard and given instructions to leave seal intact an back halfway in and call the number listed. Called and was told to go ahead and break the seal and open up and back up to the dock and bring bills inside. Was unloaded before 10am and been sitting since with no movement. Watched trucks come and leave and still nothing. It’s 12:15 now and when I checked with the office was given attitude. 11 pallets don’t take over 2 hours to process for accuracy.
