It was fine, there is always a sense of hostility here but it's the nature of this place. Just comply and you'll find no trouble. On this day they were passing the trucks through the scanners.

Very quick and simple border crossing experience less waiting time on a Saturday morning.! Officer was professional and courteous!

I want to share my experience at the US border checkpoint at Sweet Grass, particularly for fellow Ukrainian travelers. During my visit, I encountered challenges in communication and felt there were instances where my words were misunderstood or misrepresented. Additionally, I couldn't shake off the feeling of bias during my visit, I perceived an unsettling atmosphere, with implications that felt intimidating. Based on my experience, I do not recommend crossing through this border. It's important for all travelers to feel respected and understood during border crossings, regardless of nationality

The border patrol agents are extremely helpful and agreeable here. When we moved back to the United States the agents helped make this stressful event flow quickly and seamlessly. When I lived in Canada, I often traveled to Montana, the border security have always been courteous and often welcomed me home. I appreciated that!

Exceptional Service and Efficiency at Nexus Interview.

I recently had my Nexus interview at U.S. Customs and Border Protection - Sweet Grass Port of Entry. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the entire team.

Firstly, Officer at P.O.E has directed me towards the TTP office. Then I met Officer Sud Brock made the process smooth and efficient. Their clear communication and guidance helped alleviate any nervousness I had about the interview. They were thorough yet friendly, ensuring all necessary information was gathered accurately.

Officer Sud brock has explained the Nexus program and its requirements. He answered all my questions patiently and provided valuable insights, making me feel confident in my understanding of the program's benefits and responsibilities.

Furthermore, the overall atmosphere during the interview was welcoming and organized. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, contributing to a positive experience overall.

I really appreciate all the works the officers did for us. They were so polite and kind with us . They really did their best to solve our issues. We had a very good experience with this border and thanks for all their efforts to solve our problems there.

Due to my extensive travel schedule I’ve crossed at several port of entries both personally and commercially. Most other ports could learn alot from this one. That said, this review is based on how the staff interact with others and how I’ve been treated over the phone and in person. The staff are cordial, polite, efficient, and personable. Hats off to all the people that work at the Sweetgrass Port of entry. Thank you.
