I got...soggy wings with a bag of grease. Businesses are struggling and you would think that people have the decency to not let a trash product leave their establishment. This is the second time they have done this to me. There will NOT be a third.
Do better..
First time coming and was surprised. Ordered a burger ,Expected it to be mediocre and small, but it was a good hearty one with great flavor. The fries were really good with the shaved salt that they use. They could have fried them a little harder but they were still good. I’m going back to try another kind of burger.
Need to ask more questions about what the customer wants because the menu board is busy! Ordered wings but got boneless because of the amount of wings ordered. I’m at fault BUT the wings seemed to be a bit over-seasoned. I’m 0-2 today on wings so overall, we have to be engaging when meeting people from other states and keep things fresh and sell our product/services. Beer was cold, music was okay. Never a bash to any company/organization BUT look at new and alternative practices to developing a business where people WANT to come to your establishment! Always love but let cooks cook and your front-end do their job! Engage and be courteous at all times. What we do affects everyone around us so always be cordial and kind! Love and grace supercedes
DE-LICIOUS! I love a good burger. The double decker did not disappoint. I'm adding this place to my list. Consider me to be a regular now!
Pro-tip: If you order fries and have the other delivered, pop them in the air fryer for up to 2 minutes. Good and fresh!
I called in my order at 6:17pm - 1/4 Pound Burger Combo. The young man said 15 to 20 minutes. I arrive at 6:37pm and 6:51pm I had to ask about my food. They were focused on conversations but not the customer getting their food. I informed them if my food was not ready then to just give me my money back. The Burger was sitting on the back counter with some cold fries. The manager (I think he may have been) said they would do better next time. Not for me... Now I know why we stopped going here - customer service sucks and the food just does not live up to what it is to be.
Had their new limited release Bombay buffalo and it was fire!!! Love the seasonal and regular flavors. Never disappoint!
I can gladly say there are no longer COVID signs at the door. Amazing burger, super friendly staff milkshakes are next level steak and cheese, fries yummy. I've never had a bad meal here. Oh, and they have pool tables. What more can you ask for.
Great burger and fries, but they need to remove the sign on the chalkboard at the front door that says, "If you aren't fully vaccinated, then a mask is STRONGLY recommended." I get COVID is mostly over and highly controversial to leave that at the front of your business. It could cost you customers, and you decideing to place it there let's me know how deeply rooted in your beliefs this whole thing is. Well, my roots tell me to eat elsewhere, and it sucks because your burger is good
