Location was perfect to go see an outdoor concert on the grounds. My problem was when we got back to the car, we paid immediately. Because it took over an hour to get out of the lot due to all the others cars also trying to get out. It was passed the 30 minute window of when we paid so we had to pay again. Believe me we wanted to get out faster but with the garage being at a standstill there was no way. They should understand that when parking there for a concert it will take longer to get out. At least post signs that say pay when you are closer to the actual exit.
Just so people know, once you park and leave the structure on foot...the only way to get back in is through the car entrance. I tried to enter the side door where I came out and it was locked.
There happened to be a worker when exiting with my car and I mentioned the door was locked. He told me for security purposes those doors are locked. I must have missed the sign telling me that when leaving on foot. Strange though because people can enter all they want through the main entrance anyways. Not sure how much more secure it makes the place lol. Strange policy and inconvenient when trying to get back to your car.

Good location and reasonable fares. Their card reader decided to eat my credit card which was a bummer but the staff was quick and courteous to respond and I have my card back just a couple days later with no issues. Thanks goes to all who helped make that painless.
A good parking structure, but there is some rigamarole to get down to the tunnel that gets you across the street. Try to remember what level you are on. But it does put you in a convenient position if you are going to the US Bank building, no doubt.
