This place was recommended. If I was driving by and never knew anything about this spot, I would've never stopped by. The building looks run down and has some graffiti on building. Does not look clean but surprised the food is good. You line up, and someone will take your order and expedite you quickly. It's kind of subway style when ordering.
Hole in the wall small place in Compton, been there forever I remember coming here since I was a kid and is still the best in town. Good Mexican food burritos. Don’t expect this to be a fancy place, there can be a line at lunch time however the ladies work pretty fast. Always love this place.
Hole in the wall. This small place can build up a long line. Best chile relleno burrito I've tried. Very authentic Mexican food, I will come back and try their other guisados.
The food at this place is phenomenal. Worth the wait and I ate it two days in a row for lunch and dinner. The aunties don’t skimp and they feed you. Every protein is delicious and cooked with so much flavor. I’ll be back here again when I visit Cali.
I had to try the red meat burrito, I was told it was way better than Ramona's and it sure was! Prices are decent, the line is pretty long, bring your Spanish speaking skills with you (makes ordering easier), and order you a red meat burrito. I will definitely try the green meat burrito next time. I recommend.
I got tortas de camaron and nopales,no taste of all! And also to expensive. This please is for lazy people.how don't know how to cook.or don't have time. The name of the place is not what reflects. People expect good taste, authentic Mexican food. That won't happen at Uruapan restaurant. Don't recommend. Del taco make a better food ????????
I’ve eaten here a couple of times. The mixta carnitas burrito is so good. The chile relleno and chile verde burritos are great as well. Highly recommend it all!!!
This place looks very sketchy, but the burritos here are very good! They grill their tortillas a bit before adding the toppings to your burrito, giving them a bit of a slight crisp and flavor (though, it also makes them a bit messy to eat). It's not quite the Dorado style you get in SF (where I think they grill after creating the burrito), but it's kind of a similar idea. I got the beef burrito, and that tastes pretty darn good. The pork here seems very popular (more than beef), since they seem to have a lot of it. No chicken for burritos, or seems.
