I went to this store for two days early in the morning just to grab some breakfast, and it was a best deal for backpackers. You can find anything but mostly snacks and groceries. Halal snacks and instant noodles are also available (I had them then). The staff are friendly and they let us use the small table near front door to eat our food.
I've been going to the deli for months now. The ignorance and poor level of customer service from one person on the deli is absolutely shocking. She has a sour face everyday and everything is a hassle for her. The rest if the staff are helpful but this one should not be working in a customer facing role at all given how she treats and speaks to people. No stars should be a option for this
Such a variety of different products on offer plus they've always loads of discounts in the shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend shopping here if you're in town.
Normally love this place, staff are generally always friendly and their stock is great, but I just tried to go in when their opening times said they were due to be open for another ten minutes and they'd locked the doors already. Looked in the window and two youngish members of staff are on their phones at the tills talking.
I'm autistic and my bus was running late and I really needed to just grab a drink on the cross-over to my next bus which is an hour. I work in customer service so I understand how hard it can be to lock up, but I was the ONLY person waiting at the door to get in and you're meant to still be open and you're on your phone instead? Seriously?
Love this Shop. Has a wide variety of stock such as cold drinks and snacks from around the world. They sell samyang noodles which I love
Was in last week and was getting food at the deli and I have to say the customer service was shocking! The attitude of the staff was so cold and unwelcoming. No sense of team work at all. The only reason I’m giving a star at all is because of the young lady who served me. She seemed to be the only one who knew the meaning of customer service! I didn’t get her name but it was the girl that wears glasses and had reddish hair. She was very kind and well mannered and made me a lovely sandwich.
Best we hot food takeaway in Belfast and the cheapest..Great value. I'm in at least 4 days a week
Brilliant shop. Excellent range of food and the prices always shock me, in a good way!
