I go to Drexel and started hating that places since the first week. The rice is either raw or completely raw. The chicken is always dry and overcooked. Also ordered a bean burger once and it was completely burnt idk how they thought a person would be able to eat that.
Food is alright. But the employees are something else. There’s this one short black guy at the ignite station who constantly makes rude comments. The cooks in the morning at the morning are chill tho
Also what I’ve noticed is that there’s a bunch of workers who sit there and just eat. I’ve never see them do anything. If they’re on their shift, just sitting there…they should be fired. Why am I paying someone to sit on their phone and eat…would love that job ????
I got food poisoning, then found out they have 8 health inspection violations.
Okay food. Some items from some stations are good, others not so much. It varies by the day. But heck, if I ever talked to customers at my restaurant job the way the employees do here at this dining hall, I would have been fired.
My son has suffered hungry days due to worst food at Urban.
Freshman year I have many horrible stories within Fall quarter alone, but I'll keep it short. The soda cups were so old the blue on the Pepsi logo would stain your hands.

Also, during the less busy hours I was waiting in line for an employee to finish cleaning since the other was on her phone. No line behind me, not in a rush, so I wait two minutes patiently until the employee that was cleaning notices my existence. He asks if I am mentally disabled because I did not disturb him from cleaning. I cried with my terrible salad and got off the meal plan after that. Not the first rude employee I encountered either.
Completely Terrible. Staff is unbelievably slow and rude. When I order a pizza, I often watch the staff place my finished pizza down and stop to talk to each other for minutes before the handing it to me. Seriously, they will sometimes finish your pizza and not give it to you for 5 or 10 minutes. When ordering from another place in here, I was accused of trying to steal food and was robbed of one of my meal swipes as a result. I absolutely would not eat here if my school did not force me to.
