I believe customer service is everything. It’s sad because they have the best barbers in Lexington. I was recommended by a friend to go there after seeing how nicely he was shaped up.
When I went there, walked in, 3 barbers doing their thing, I respect that but no one bothered to say a word. I sat down thinking maybe someone just might. Keep in mind I was new. After sitting there for about 15min I decided to leave. Hopefully they can take this review and use it to change a few things

Love this place. They are on time with their appointments. Wayne does a very good job on my brother's haircut and trim his beard.
