Best KPortal Reviews

The burger was very good even with the bacon jam between the 4oz patties. There wasn't nowhere near enough staff so service was very bad.
Worst customer service ever! Would never come back. Would not recommend this place. It was obvious the bartender was intent on not serving our table. We sat at a table in the bar area and placed our drink orders and after 30 minutes of waiting and watching the bartender serve several other guests who arrived later drinks and food, we left. The wait staff was equally absent. I selected other for “what did you get”, because our table didn’t get any drinks, service, or food, or even acknowledgment that we were present.
This is an update to this review. After speaking with the restaurant manager, Andrea, she quickly resolved the issue. We were seated in the restaurant and she retook our order and ensured that our drinks and food were delivered.
The Food was great and Delicious Cooked to Near perfection. A little waiting on Specialty Steaks and Meats but well worth the wait.
The staff is vey courteous and very friendly made me feel welcomed great feeling ????.
I was pleasantly surprised in this restaurant. This was good from start to finish. I didn't expect much considering it is in a hotel, but my god, I want to come back.
Breakfast wasn't what I expected for self serve all you can eat. Fruit was uncovered sitting in the sun. Pancakes were dry & hard around the edges. Wasn't really worth $14 per person. But the atmosphere was nice.
Long wait time. Waiter forgot to give me a napkin. The food was ok.
This place is understaffed. 1 waiter for the bar and all of the tables.
Your restaurant is bad and you should feel bad. Nobody of our party of 6 enjoyed their food. Burgers were burnt and dry. French onion soup did not have croutons and was salty as hell. Food took 45+ minutes to arrive. Prices were pretty high as well. Save your time, money, and appetite and go somewhere else.
Took about an hour to get the food, but the staff was friendly at least. Would have been different if they were slammed but only five tables had people. Pasta fungi was decent - salmon was overcooked and tasted like spiced rubber. Tried to order meatloaf but they were out. At the end tried to order the creme brûlée but they only had one of the three dessert options available. Then it took a long time just to pay! Overall I rate this place very over priced, understaffed, and would not recommend eat here at all other than for the fact it is convenient if you are staying at the hotel.
