I've been coming here to get my hair done for over a year now and I found it, because I had my lashes done through Groupon with Melissa.First of all, such a good job on my lashes and it was a great deal (my lashes are crazy straight).I didn't realize she also did hair,I hadn't seen her work but I was pressed for time and my regular girl was unable to fit me in at my salon I usually go to, so I took a chance and had my hair done after my lashes by Melissa...And it was Great❣️The color was perfect ,the cut made me feel cute and here it is a year later and I'm still coming every 6 weeks ..I Love her ????
Vicky Pham is the best. I'm fully satisfied with my cut and color. And it took half the time and cost half as much as I usually pay. Highly recommended!!
Purchased a Voucher for hair cutting for $12.30 thru Groupon Called to make reservation and lady said hair designer will call me back. Never called and after that I have called six times !!!! Not answering calls ! Looks like a bogus service provider. Do not buy voucher thru Groupon
Melissa was very fun, honest about what could and could not be done in regards to the hair color I wanted, and gave me a great cut with a blow dry & style. My hair looks much healthier & I've gotten many compliments!
I called around so many places to get an A-Line haircut and color added to my hair. Jenny made me a 3:15 appt for the following day for a cut and color and she said it would take around 4 hours.
I have to say that I got one of the best A-line haircuts I have ever gotten from Jenny. She did a great job. The cut and length were perfect.
However, she showed up to the appointment about 25 minutes late and acted like it wasn't a big deal and that was hurtful as a customer. I had a very long week at work and I make sure to be on time for my appointments because I know that other people's time are valuable. She was joking with me that she was dress shopping instead of being there on time to my appointment. I laughed because, what else am I going to do? Jenny also proceeded to drop her brushes on the floor several times which I read from other reviews.
Once my cut was done Jenny said I would have to come back for color. She had a client right after me at 5:15. She said it was going to take 5 hours. Again, I scheduled color with her. Very upset by this experience. As others said, it was also very hot in the salon and just not a great experience. I called another salon and got color added today and it only took 2 hours and I love it.
I don’t know if I need to say more. I am really upset and disappointed. I needed roots coloring and this is how it turned out. My original hair color is dark brown. Now I have reddish-weird-a lot of color hair that I don’t know what to do with. Melisa tried to re-do the roots and my skull started to burn. My appointment was at 1 pm and I was there until 4:16 pm. I was charged full price. I was so frustrated that I just wanted to get out of there so I paid. Such a poor service. Really people !?
Please don't go here , not professional .My wife did a microblading eyebrow tattoo here with a lady name Melissa. I saw her advertisement in Groupon , I contacted she say don't buy from Groupon just pay me I can give you discount. When we went for appointment we realized she is not a professional.we asked her why this eyebrow look like this ? She say we have to comeback for touch up. She gave quote to us for eyeliner and eyebrow microblading lastly we cancelled the eyeliner. Still she tried to charge us full amount. I still don't get any receipt. After 4week I contacted her for touch up she few times she changed our appointment we realized she is something sneaky. Finally we got a appointment. for a I contacted her about the procedure. This women already messed up my wife eyebrow and asking for more money to do touch up she made mistake in her eyebrow. We asked few eyebrow tattoo artists they say this is not professional.
It's been years since I've walked into a salon out of fear. Kristen is the first stylist that listened to me and gave me the best cut and color I've ever had. LOVE IT AND HER!! Absolute best out there! You have a client for life!
