Get tires, paid for them to get balanced and they never got balanced. Thankfully a different tire shop has delt with this issue with past customers with the same issue from y'all and was really nice about everything and even allowed me to watch them balance my tires...
I will never shop here again... now my personal experience obviously differs from others, just be cautious about what you paid for and actually get from here

Great prices and excellent service!! Luke and his associate was Amazing. The lug on my tire was giving difficulty coming off and they were so patient and did not send me away. They took their time and figured a way to remove without Damaging anything! Thanks a lot Luke and you now have a returning customer.
i came in to get air in 1 tire and i was told it was going to be 20-30 minutes. i said “for air in 1 tire? i was here yesterday and it took 3 seconds” and he replied. i can’t stop what i’m doing for a paid customer. OKAY, and i’m a good tipper and it was 1 tire, he acted like i needed him to take my tire off. if brandon was working, he would never. it’s been bad customer service, i even pointed out what tire it was. absolutely ridiculous.
I recommend going to get tiers from here local and good people will work with you
