Pizza is consistently poor now our last few trips here and with take out, and prices are high, considering the quality. It’s not the same as it used to be. The deep dish is no longer deep…and the crust is like cardboard. Spicy Hawaiian had four pieces of pineapple on a large pizza and only a drizzle of the sauce that makes it so good. They were also out of several main ingredients our last visit. We are very sad, use to love UNO’s. Sorry for bad review but had to give feedback hoping it may bring improvement. People are nice there …
Emma was a great server. Friendly and helpful.
The Nachos we had as an appetizer were very good and freshly prepared.
The Chicago Deep Dish we had as a dinner was also very good.
Food was onpar the 10oz steak melted in your mouth like butter.
Paid for a family pickup order. Waited in parking spot for over 20 minutes after order said it was ready. Decided to go in to ask for time frame for when our food would be ready. Was ignored by all staff for 10 minutes. Random employee comes over and asks what I am waiting on. Tell her name on order and she turns around and goes oh guess it was right here the whole time. Hands me order and I go on my way. Get home, food is barely cooked and cold. Appetizer ordered had barely any bread to go with side it was with. Also both cheeseburger meals came with only a few french fries. Absolutely disgusted because I used to come here weekly. Everybody on staff was exclaiming how confused they were and wondering what to do next.
Atmosphere is nice and clean went with a party of 6 seated pretty quick food was amazing the attentiveness of the waiter was a bit lacking. I told the waiter at the beginning of the meal that I wanted to place to go, which he later forgot to put in so it was never made I understand mistakes happen but it was a slow night other then that great experience.
Look here...Rosie has the BEST attitude! I have never felt so welcome in any other eating establishment. Ever. If I lived in this area, I would be here all the time. I will be back every time we are in the area. That's how hecking good the service and staff are here.

Submitted an order for pick up at 4:30PM around 2PM. Got a text message about 20 minutes later saying our order would be ready at 3:07PM. I was confused and tried to call the resturant...no answer. We arrived for pick up around 4:20. Upon pick up we waited an additional 15 minutes. Only to get this.... I figured Mac n cheese would be an easy "No mess up at pick up." I ordered the rattle snake mac n cheese with EXTRA SAUCE. We ordered in hopes of not cooking. Well, I still had to come home and reheat and then make a sauce for my... pasta with a sprinkle of toppings. Don't waste your $50+.
Very disappointed in the service, or lack thereof on my take out order.
I placed an order for one personal pizza and two orders of wings at 5:24pm. I was given a pick up time of 25 minutes.
At 5:42 my phone rang. It was Unos telling me they were out of wings. Took 20 minutes to figure that out?
So I ordered a second pizza and was told they would expedite them both.
At 6:10 someone emerged from the kitchen and told me it would be 4-5 more minutes. At 6:19 my order was brought out.
I asked what took so long and the cashier said “that’s a good question”. Not what I wanted to hear.
Finally got to eat the pizza and the mystery meat was burnt and had the consistency of a meatball left in the sun for a week. I threw it out after one piece.
Needless to say, last time I get food from Pizzaria Uno.
No idea how they stay open.
