Pizza was good, nice personal size. I had a steak and didn't get the chance to take a pic of it. Customer service was good The waiter was attentive.
Found out about this spot as I was in Boston for a layover. I didn’t know this was where the original deep dish was created. I always thought it was Chicago lol. Anyway, the pizza was pretty good. I got a Detroit style pizza that was deep dish. Check them out on Monday since they have half price deals.
Every time I enter this establishment I feel as though I’ve been twirled in a tornado of joy and glitter. I crave the sweet nectars only attainable from the glasses found within these walls. The food is delectable… enjoyable going in AND out ;). As for my favorite face… Basil, oh joy. He senses my thirst and immediately scurries to quench it. He has a joyous face and positive energy that elevates my experience thoroughly. Each time I see him crawling about through the restaurant, I feel warmed as though my mittens were engulfed in a kangaroos womb.
Excellent dining experience for myself, husband, and 20month old little boy. We went midweek & there was a cookie decorating kit for kids, crayons with multiple coloring pages, and fun play-dough (awesome!). Kids meal was served hot along with our beautiful adult entrees- fresh ingredients and timely service by our personable waiter Andrew.
We aren't usually ones for chain places and have been a little let down in the past by this local location. But not this time, it appears a lot of hard work and change has gone into this spot. Nicely done and worth the recognition. We’ll be back for sure!
I always have wonderful service but today was exceptional. We had an amazing waiter and will definitely go back to this location.
Not bad, unfortunately there is a lot of better pizza at other places. I thought the prices were high but the staff were very friendly and professional. The place inside was clean and organized but quiet for the time of day. Too many pizza shops around for Uno's to compete with and be successful but they are doing the best they can. The Detroit style pizza I got was good but not great and there is a lot of very good and great pizza around Springfield.
Delicious food friendly wait staff. Faith was an amazing server... Also, the parking spots were large enough that I had space on either side of my SUV
This place was quiet for a Saturday lunch. The wait staff was cleaning when we walked in.
Staff was quick to seat and get us drinks. Maybe a little to quick. My daughter requested an ice tea with both raspberry and mango flavor shot. Unfortunately the wait staff left as she said mango and the drink came back raspberry only. The drinks were refilled quickly.
The appetizer was timed well and served hot. We enjoyed it.
Lunch order for Chicken Parmigian. The pasta was cold but had hot chicken and cheese. Our other order was ravioli lasagna. The ravioli lasagna itself was great. The challenge was the plating. The lasagna was in a pan and the pan placed in a white "bowl". The issue wad the pan not fitting in the bowl and every time we tried to cut a piece, the hot pan would slide which made her nervous and afraid it would slide into her lap.
All in all, it was good and we would go back. We may just order pizza and salad.
