We are long time, customers of Uno and always enjoy the experience there, but today was just a little bit different. The salmon I had was cooked perfectly as was the steak that my wife had however, the roasted vegetables had a lot of black burned pieces in it when the waitress walked by to ask us how everything was, my wife mentioned the burned vegetables. She looked down at him and said oh I'm sorry and left! No offer to replace them. She just walked away.
It's a good thing we both wore our coats because it was freezing cold in there today. The choice of music if I can call that seems to be for some other generation than ours. All in all that was not a good experience today. The only good thing about it was it was a buy one get one free day, which they have not had an over a year.
We walked in. It was a little busy. We wound up getting great service. The food was tasty and hot when it came out! The new turkey and avocado sandwich was fantastic and so was the deep dish pizza! We will return soon!
I made an order at about 2:00pm for curbside pickup at 3. Arrived at 2:40ish and called to say I was there. The gentleman said someone would be out with my food as soon as it was done. I waited around until 3:25 when I called again to see how much longer it would be. The lady that picked up said it was just coming out and she’d be right out with it. Food was not hot, crust was soggy. I paid 52 dollars , plus an 8 dollar tip to get subpar, soggy pizza and get lied to. ????

Service and food is very good. We enjoyed ourselves there very much. Uno's is a great place to go.
First time I've been to UNOs in quite some time, several years actually. I was looking forward to having their herb grilled chicken but they no longer had it so I opted for chicken tenders and fries . Couldn't finish them, I could tell their deep fryer grease was overdue to be changed. I had to order a desert to get the old grease taste out of my mouth and the desert was very good . Our server was very nice and she did a good job and the atmosphere was nice.

UNO’s is the best deep dish pizza I have ever tasted. The flavors of the tomato sauce blended quite exceptionally with the cheese and bread. I would recommend the Chicago Deep Dish pizza to all. My only quarrel is the level of difficulty to eat the pizza without the sauce and cheese spilling out.
Went on New Years Eve. They do a little countdown with balloons for the kids. So few places do anything anymore so it was a great place to take our daughter. Food was as ordered. I tried the Detroit style pizza and it was really good. Crab dip was better than I expected as well. Glad there's still an Unos left in greater Rochester somewhere!
