Came in last minute and they took my daughter and I right in...no waiting! Every other place I called had no openings! Great people and service.
I went to this Unlimited Hair Salon after trying out so many hair salons around the Metrowest area. I am delighted to share that I have found my ideal salon. The work that Kim did on my hair is amazing! I went in with damaged over processed hair and came out like I just had a new head of hair. And their prices are so reasonable. They do without all the bells and whistles and get straight down to the point (our hair). I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Kim for the fabulous job you did!
I loved the way how everyone welcomed me. They are really nice people. Kim made magic with my hair. I'll recommend anyone to go and visit them I promise you will LOVE it!!
I have been going to Kim and Andy for a long time and followed them to their new place. For the most part I am very happy and find their prices to me reasonable. Not cheap but definately fair.
I too have been told 5 minutes or 15 minutes and have waited 30 minutes. Even been asked if she could take someone ahead of me because they were in a rush. They have cards that are punched and you earn a free coloring up to $35 or a free haircut once you get the correct number of holes punched. When I went to use one for my hair color and one for haircut that I earned, I was denied using both. I said o.k. I will use the haircut one. She told me to use the hair color freebie and use the haircut one on my child!!! That upset me as I paid adult priced haircuts and earned a free adult haircut not the price of a child. Thats really my chief complain. I will continue going to them as its not worth leaving.
Andy is best for cutting women's hair while Kim is best for cutting men's and kids hair.
Occasionally Kim and Andy might talk among themselves in Vietnamese but they don't disrespect the customers.
I've been going here for years. It's the only place I get my hair cut. Great atmosphere, lovely people- very kind and thoughtful and fun to be with. I have never had a bad time or a bad cut here.

This is one of the best place in Framingham for Asian Type Hair Cuts. Not sure about other types :)
Workers are good, friendly and well trained. I missed this place for 6 months when I was in NC. Good that, I am back to Framingam :)
