Don't get anything for pick up , my barcode wouldn't scan and they refused to give my parcel despite other ways proving it was mine
You can only collect parcels from 6 to 12. No explanation. They just refused to serve me. Avoid the disappointment and order your parcels somewhere else
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR PICKUP HERE. They stole 2 of my parcels and each time I went back to ask again they gave different excuses. This is a student area and many people use services like Amazon counter so please watch out ordering anything high value. I have never had any issue at any other shop.
University Superstore is an Indian or Asian type store on Bristol road that sells veggies and roots as well as all of the other groceries and foodstuffs and toiletries. They could however be more pricey than others in some items. But I always get really good plantain here, so they really can't go so wrong, yeah.
The staff in store (especially the man working this afternoon) are extremely rude. They do not treat their customers with respect and feel they can say and get away with whatever they like. This is the first time I've ever visited this store and most definitely my last! Carry on with this attitude and you'll certainly be losing out on a lot more custom. Learn to treat others with RESPECT.

24/7 availability is something unique for the university superstore and which makes the Selly Oakians want for it
