Akeem, though he knew my case still recommend I turn over my medical records which I really said was a bad idea. I allowed Akeem to proceed to turn them over and suddenly the whole case was focused the records In court, it resulted in the loss of my case. I would normally not have a problem but what bothers me is I made it clear as to how I felt about some factors of my case. I placed my trust in them and went against my gut feelings and it went against me. They, as professionals should/would have known that especially after my warnings.
I feel I shouldn't have trusted Universal Solicitors.

but on the other hand, initially they were engaging, they were reassuring but as time went on so it wasn't all bad. They seemed less and less responsive and it became more difficult to contact them - especially the £180.
The £180 after an unreasonably long amount of time (months), the money was returned.

Fraud , I have applied for naturalisation with full payment . After they received naturalisation they asked £750 and did not back my my passport , certificates and others documents. They even not admit that they received my documents . I have to contact Home office , Local MP and some others facebook group and finally received email they they kept my documents more than 9 weeks in their office . Never recommend .Do not buy suffering with money .All the professional Solicitors already left .
I had very good experience with one of the many solicitors working there one Mr Fakrool. It's a friendly place and we get the right service for the money we spend. However, no parking available except for NCP car park where they charge £7 for an hour.
This is the worst solicitors in Whitechapel. Google should have an option for no star.
unprofessional and incompetent. they wake up after 3 weeks of issuig a letter from the court when time was to reply within 9 days of issuing the letter. even than they did not bothered to explain to the court reason for lateness or showing any evidence. the judge did not hear anothing at all when home office raise the issue of late submission. my case was refused and aftervthat every other judge keep the decision of refusal for late submission ...
Universal law is a fraud. Please if you ever hear akeem name, run for the hills and never look back. This is for your mental health. He shows no care for the people.
