I recommend having Alejandra cut your hair. She transformed my hair from being half my back to a short bob. I received many good compliments afterwards.
The only reason I don’t give this place 5 stars is because last time my husband went, a different lady cut his hair and it wasn’t well done. I don’t remember her name. All the staff is nice though.

Romelia is a godsend! She takes great care of me and helps me pick a style, and she offers products for me to try! It's taken a long time a trial and error with other salons and barber shops to finally find this place... And the prices are super affordable!

I would leave 0 stars if it would let me. I came in to get an all over color on my hair..dark brown. I absolutely HATE any red toned hair, so I tokd her I want a very ashy brown no golden or brass tones PLEASE. Should have been a very simple task, however the woman who did my hair applied the color and went on to color another mans hair. She left the color on my hair for must have been an hour when it only needed 20 minutes. She assured me there woyld be absolutely no red, or gold, or bronze. Then she cut it, and cut off far too much and the cut is UNEVEN!. So then she began to dry it and i immediatly asked her why does my hair look the color of a penny?! She said its just the lighting so we took a mirror and went to look at it outside, and what do you know, I HAVE DARK ORANGE HAIR. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Who knoes if those stylist even have cosmotology license. It seems to me she messed it up on purpose because come on..how hard is it to do an all over color??!!
Worst service!! You gotta be kidding me this place is a no no for walk-in's. You have to have appointments in order to get a haircut and it dosent even get busy they treat new clients horrible like me. I waited an hour during that time there was only one person in front of me so I thought it was going to be fast but no that person went and than people started coming in and went straight to the chair and got there haircuts at least 4 people did. When I asked the head lady she said that they had appointments and if o hadn't asked she have never welcome me in as client she didn't say sorry will fit you right in she just said give them 10 minutes after I waited an hour. This place dosent know how to treat new clients with a warm welcome so please don't waste your precious time seriously unless your a VIP in that horrible store. Also I wasn't the only one who left unhappy that day.
Got a perm from here && LOVED it. Went back to get my hair trimmed and another woman cut EVERY curl out of my head. Unbelievable.
I stood up front for over 10 mins. Waiting even called and the lady said I'll be right there. I ended up just walking out.
