This place did a FANTASTIC job fixing my car from a hit/run dent. Everywhere else quoted crazy prices, for a 90% fix. These guys actually fully fixed it
Representative doing the estimate did a lousy job, missing most of the damage. I think she didn't care because I wasn't having the work done there. This forced MY body shop to go through additional steps they shouldn't have to, had she done her job correctly.
AFTER HAVING DEALT WITH MANY BODY SHOPS IN MY LIFETIME- UNIVERSAL BODY SHOP IS ONE OF A KIND. THEY ARE MEN/WOMEN OF THEIR WORDS AND HAVE FIXED MANY VEHICLES FOR ME IN THE PAST 30+ YEARS. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE/ANYWHERE/ANYTIME.
Universal does great work have taken multiple vehicles to them never had a problem. Very honest and very fair priced
