I went to them for a radiator replacement because they where the cheapest of the ones recommended to me ($350). The actual issues was a broken fan motor but it wasn't notices. When the car kept overheating they sent a guy out to figure out to verify it was the fan. They fixed that and replaced my radiator cap ($225). After that was repaired I was out of town and the AC stopped working (Freon leak), a shop where I was charged me $125 to diagnosis but told me that it was a slow leak that they couldn't detect and they put dye in the oil and to come back in a week. When I was back in town and took it back to Universal they checked the dye and filled it up with freon to find the leak and then recommended me to AC shop that could probably repair it for cheaper then they could replaces it, all for free.
Recommend these guys highly. They are lower in price than many auto repair shops, and they won't cheat you. A single female can go there (or a single male!) without being worried about the potential for ripoffs.
The men at this shop are awesome. Honest, reliable, and quick. My entire family takes their cars here. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for professional, honest, and reasonably priced mechanics.
